The league schedule generator
Jul 21, 2026
A league season is a lot of events on the calendar. If you play every week from spring through fall, that is twenty or more, and while you have always been able to add them (and copy one event to the next to save time), the new league schedule generator now builds the entire season in a single step. Give it a template, a start date, and how often you play, and it creates every dated event and round for you.

A whole season in one step
Open your league and start the schedule generator. You describe the season once: when it starts, when it ends, and how often you play. The generator lays out every date on that cadence and creates a league event for each one, complete with its tournament round, ready to go. A full twenty-week season comes together in about a minute.

Every event it creates is a normal league event, so nothing is locked down. Once the season is generated you can still open any single event to tweak its date, swap the course, or adjust its format. The generator gives you the full skeleton of the season instantly, and you fine-tune the exceptions rather than building the whole thing from scratch.
Pair it with "events that count"
Most leagues do not count every single event toward the final standings. Players miss weeks, and a season built on "your best rounds count" keeps things fair and keeps everyone in the hunt. That is where the "events that count" setting comes in. Alongside the schedule generator you can choose exactly how many events count toward the league standings, so a player's worst weeks are dropped and only their strongest results carry through to the leaderboard.

Set your full season of events with the generator, then set how many of them count, and your standings logic is done for the whole year. As results come in, the league leaderboard automatically keeps each player's best scoring events and ignores the rest.
Built for commissioners
League commissioners have the most to set up, and this feature is squarely aimed at them. Building out a full season now happens in one pass, so you can spend your time on the parts that actually need judgment, like the schedule and the scoring rules, and let the app handle creating each event.
If you also run tournaments, this pairs naturally with the auto scheduler. The schedule generator builds out the season of events for your league, and the auto scheduler fills in the matches and tee times within each round. Between the two, a full season of league golf can be organized end to end without hand-entering a single date or pairing.
