Run your whole golf club in Squabbit
Oct 11, 2026

If you run more than the occasional scramble, your golf tends to live in pieces: a tournament here, a weekly league there, a roster in a spreadsheet, and a group chat somewhere else. A Squabbit club pulls it together. It is one home for everything your golf group runs, so all of your tournaments and leagues live under one roof with a single shared roster.
All your leagues and tournaments under one roof
The heart of a club is running events. From your club you can spin up as many tournaments and leagues as you want, and they all live together on the club's Events tab instead of being scattered across separate, unconnected events.
Because every event sits under the club, they share the things that used to be a chore to repeat for each one:
- One roster. Your members are already there, so you are not re-inviting the same golfers for every tournament and league. Pull them into any event in a couple of taps.
- One identity. Your club's look carries through to every tournament and league you run inside it, so each event feels like part of your club, not a generic one-off.
- One place to look. Members open the club and see everything coming up, past results, announcements, and the group chat, all in one spot.
Set up a season-long league and a handful of tournaments, and your members have a real home base for the whole year instead of a string of one-off links.
A membership roster, free for every club
A club is also where your membership lives, and running memberships costs nothing. Invite your golfers and you have a living roster instead of a stale spreadsheet. On top of that you can run real memberships, free.
Create membership tiers for how your club is actually organized: a Full tier with full dues, a Social tier at a lower price, a Junior tier at a reduced rate. Each tier has its own name, benefits, and dues that recur automatically every year or every month.

Collect dues however suits you, per tier: charge members automatically through your club's connected Stripe account, where the yearly or monthly renewal bills itself, or collect offline (cash, cheque, Venmo, bank transfer) and mark each member paid. Members handle their own dues from the club's Membership tab: they see what they owe and tap Pay dues to check out, or to let the club know they have paid in person.

All of it, creating tiers, setting recurring dues, collecting them through Stripe or offline, and managing your roster, is free. There is no subscription behind memberships and no per-member charge. For the full walkthrough, see Club Memberships: tiers and dues.
Club Pro: the premium club toolkit
Running your club, its events, and its memberships is free. Club Pro is the optional layer for clubs that want more control and a more polished, branded experience. It is one account-wide subscription at $399.99 a year, and it includes League, Tournament, and Player Pro too, so every event you run under the club gets the full treatment.
Here is what Club Pro adds:
- Member groups. Sort your roster into named groups (Men's League, Ladies League, Juniors, Seniors, Staff), and a member can belong to several at once.
- Event visibility. Choose who sees each event: everyone in the club, or just the groups you pick. The right members see the right events, and no one's calendar gets cluttered.
- Club branding. Swap generic green for your own accent color and logo across your club, and every tournament and league you run inside it inherits that look.
- Multiple club admins. Share the work with your committee instead of running everything from one account.
- Club sponsors. Feature your sponsors across the club and track their impressions and clicks.
- Richer club chat. Post videos and high-resolution photos in your club's chat, not just compressed snapshots.
- Organizer tools. Draft events, bulk event actions, scheduled announcements, and an admin activity log that shows exactly what changed and who did it.
Member groups and event visibility are designed to work hand in hand: build your groups once, then point each event at the groups that should see it. The ladies league night goes to the ladies league, the junior clinic goes to the juniors, and the club championship stays visible to everyone.

For more on these, see Member groups and event visibility and Club branding: your color and logo.
