Multiple League Admins

Multiple Admins is a League Pro feature that lets you share the work of running your league by giving other members admin access. Instead of one person handling everything, you can spread the responsibility across a small team so the league keeps ticking along even when you’re busy or away.

What admins can do

Once a member is an admin, they can help run the league right alongside you. Admins have access to the tools that keep a league moving, including:

Creating, editing and publishing league events
Entering and adjusting scores
Managing members and the roster
Changing the league’s settings and format configuration

In short, an admin can do the day to day tasks that would otherwise land on you, so the league doesn’t depend on any single person being available.

How to add an admin

Adding an admin only takes a moment. Open your league, go to the members or roster list, then tap the member you’d like to promote. From there, open their role options and choose Admin, and they’ll immediately gain admin access. The same picker also has Owner, Player, and Spectator roles.

The member doesn’t need to do anything on their end. The next time they open the league, they’ll see the admin tools available to them.

Tip: You can change or remove a member’s admin role at any time. If someone steps away from helping out, just open their member profile again and switch the role back.

Why it helps

Running a league can be a lot of work for one person, especially over a long season with weekly events, scores to enter and members to keep on top of. Multiple Admins lets you split that work across a committee, so no single organizer is stuck doing everything. Each admin can pitch in with the parts they’re best placed to handle, and the league carries on smoothly whether or not any one person is around.

Multiple Admins is part of League Pro. One League Pro subscription unlocks it for every league you run, so you don’t need to pay per league to add helpers to each one.
